Responsibilities:
-Arranging on time new staff with the recruiters
-Advising training department and security on available people for training
-Maintaining daily the hour registration - and planning system (adding and removing employees from the program; marking correctly the sick and no show staff; updating the planning with all changes have been requested by the warehouse)
-Following up the worked weeks of the employees, requesting their evaluations. Monitoring their improvements
-Monitoring the worked hours per week. Able to identify problems, make recommendations to supervisors and managers
-Advising supervisors on upcoming Bank Holidays and other risk sensitive periods
-Coordinating projects
-Running reports and making overviews for the agency and for the warehouse
-Joining operational meetings
-Informing staff about the daily planning
-Following up the sick employees
-Solving ad hoc problems of the employees
Requirements:
-2-3 years Experience in similar role
-Excellent communication skill in English and Polish (Dutch is big plus), able to communicate effectively with all levels of the operation
-Driving license
-Customer oriented
-Good organizational skills
-Proactivity
-Stress resistant
-Innovative mindset
-Ability to multi task and prioritize work
-High level of flexibility: working in 2 shifts-pattern (06:00-14:30/09:30-18:00), weekends & public holidays if it is required
-Excellent computer skills
-Interest in the logistics` world
