A Care Team Leader is required for one of our care homes in Oxford (Kennington Village 10 minutes from Oxford Centre).
We are looking for a reliable individual to play a key role within the home taking the time to getting to know our residents and their families through person centred care. You will be experienced in delivering professional care with compassion, dignity and respect, sharing our passions and values for making enriching the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities include recording care plans and ensuring the care team accurately updated and maintained, as well as administering and recording medication. Creating and developing strong relationships with our customers, families and external organisations; continuing the established care homes reputation for excellence in care.
Caring experience is essential and you will always seek to share and improve your caring/clinical knowledge and experience, providing essential support to your care team members and management. You will be required to lead your care team and educate or share knowledge of best practices with those around you, including supervising other staff.
You will be required to occasionally provide cover outside of normal hours as required, or emergency cover during times of need.
