Quality Inspector:

Exact Systems Ltd. is a market leader for Inspection Rework and Quality Control of components and systems in the automotive industry. Part of a multi-national group working with some of Europe?s largest car manufacturers and their suppliers.

The Role

The person hired for this position will be responsible for the implementation of customer orders. Some typical examples are inspection, rework or sorting of components in accordance with the instructions provided by the Coordinator or Team Leader. Some tasks require the use of specialist tools such as calipers, feeler gauges or micrometers and some tasks will be visual inspection. All necessary personal protective equipment and training will be provided.

The Person

The ideal candidates will have
• High availability with flexible approach to working patterns
• Requires permanent or temporary residence in the UK.
• Dedication and commitment to perform the tasks required
• High level of manual dexterity and excellent eyesight
• The ability to work according to strict procedures and processes
• Accountability and punctuality
• Knowledge of measurement techniques and / or technical drawings would be an advantage
• Full driving license and own transport would be highly preferable, but not essential.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
